"Run to Thrive" will be limited to 10 participants, so each runner can experience hands-on personal attention in a small group setting.
Group coaching sessions will be held via Zoom each Wednesday at 5PM PST. It's encouraged to attend live, but recordings will be available after all group calls.
Nope! It helps to have comfortable workout clothes, and a good pair of running shoes. If you need advice on how to pick the right pair, I can help!
Runners at all levels are welcome, even if you haven't taken your first step! The program will get you started right where you are, no matter what your current fitness level is.
As a participant, you can run as few or as many miles as you like! Setting running goals will play a big role in the program, and while there won't be a specific running requirement, you will be motivated and encouraged to run throughout the program.
Yes! You'll receive foundational tools to help you train for your next running goal, and have the option to add-on a personalized training plan according to your individual fitness level and goals.
Matt Mills is a Running Inspired Life Leadership Coach and founder of Coaching on the Run, providing running facilitated leadership and life coaching for people ready to discover and take powerful strides towards their greatest potential, and help them accomplish their top running and self-leadership goals.
Matt has years of experience as a Certified Professional Coach, helping hundreds of running leaders from all backgrounds achieve more balance, fulfillment and success in their life and careers. As a RRCA Certified Coach, he has coached runners to achieve personal best times in distances from 5K to the Marathon.
As an avid runner himself, Matt is a former NCAA cross-country and track and field athlete, 10-time marathoner, and frequent road racer.
Matt holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Loyola Marymount University, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
